Dear Esteemed Customer,
Be reminded that, you are the one delaying to receive your out standing approved payment. You will no longer blame me or the Management of the United Bank for Africa Plc for not releasing your payment till date rather yourself as the beneficiary. You have been informed and offered several ways out possible by which you can receive your out standing payment inline with the International banking policies and the Act of Establishment of our Bank as the Pan Africa global Bank, but you rebuffed all.
 
The options included:

Inline with our Know Your Customer (KYC) policy and because, the account is yet to be activated, you cannot have access to this account with the information above until you paid the activation fee. We have tried to deduct this activation fee from the Principal amount, but we are prohibited from such deduction because of the Insurance Policy Bond covering your funds by the Nigeria Deposit Insurance commission (NDIC) except you have to procure an official permission from them permitting us to deduct the activation fee.
 
Therefore you were requested to pay for the activation of this Online account so that you can have access to both the account and your funds to either transfer your funds at once or gradually to your designated account, this you also declined to do.
We offered and agreed to transfer your funds through our SWIFT Bank to bank wire transfer to your designated bank account if you will pay the cost of transfer or procure permission from the (NDIC) for us to deduct from the principal amount, you declined.
Be informed that, this your reluctant attitude, has made the Management of our bank doubt if truly you are the rightful beneficiary of this fund or you were contacted in error and therefore declare your payment unclaimed, revoke your payment indefinitely, close the already set up account and confiscate your funds indefinitely if this persist.
 
You are hereby advised to contact this office without any more delay confirming which of these payment processes is the best option for you as we will not be held responsible for your payment delay if you fail to respond to this memo as quickly as it is required.
Your prompt compliance to this message will be greatly appreciated as this office will not be held accountable if this ATM card is wrongly picked up when I am not in office or delivered.
